How is PVC made?

Expanded Cellular PVC is made from polyvinyl chloride resin, and has many additives to stabilize, modify and encourage foaming, to enhance the raw PVC material. This mixture is fed into a machine that will heat it and melt the materials to create expanded cellular pvc, which creates a cellular structure with tiny closed air pockets. We use this pvc and make it into sheets and carve and mill it into the desired shapes for each product. Additionally we will sand, glue and finish the product based apon the order, allowing for a premium product to be made.
